Shipping & Returns

Every order is prepared and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. We deliver across India, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the UAE and select international destinations. Shipping within India is complimentary.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You may follow your shipment at any time through our Track Order page.

Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns once delivered. Exceptions are made under two circumstances only:

✦ The product arrived damaged or compromised in transit
✦ You received an item that was not what you ordered

In either case, please write to hello@maisondopamine.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photograph of the item. Requests received after the 7-day window cannot be processed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please write to hello@maisondopamine.com with your order number before dispatch. Cancellations requested prior to dispatch are honoured in full, with the amount refunded to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
