Our Position on Returns
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns once delivered. Exceptions are made under two circumstances only:

Our perfumers do not work from briefs. They work from conviction. Each creation is allowed the time it requires — weeks, sometimes months — until the formula arrives at a point where nothing can be added and nothing can be removed.
We source from estates, not catalogues. Every ingredient is traceable to the soil it grew in, the season it was harvested, the hands that processed it. We do not disclose our suppliers. We do not name our sources. This is not secrecy — it is the same discretion we extend to every relationship the Maison holds.
Every element in a dopaminé formula exists because it was chosen — not because it was convenient. Where a material earns its place, it stays. Where it does not, it is removed. The Fragrances
Every composition from the Maison is a Parfum, the highest concentration in fine fragrance, typically between 20 and 40 percent aromatic compounds. This means deeper sillage, longer presence on the skin, and a more intimate evolution throughout the day. We do not produce Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette.
Our collection includes fragrances crafted for men, women, and unisex — because we believe the finest scent is the one that speaks to you. Browse freely. Let your instinct decide.
A fragrance unfolds in three movements. Top notes are the opening impression, what greets you in the first moments. Heart notes emerge as the opening settles, forming the true character of the composition. Base notes are the foundation, the deep and lasting warmth that remains on your skin hours after application.
It will not, and that is precisely the beauty of Parfum. Your skin chemistry, body temperature, and even the season will shape how a composition reveals itself. The same bottle can express itself differently on two people. This is not a flaw. It is the intimacy of fine fragrance. What you wear becomes unmistakably yours.
Application — Spray lightly on pulse points: the inner wrists, the neck, behind the ears, the inner elbows. Do not rub. Allow the fragrance to settle naturally on your skin.
Storage — Keep your bottle away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Store it upright in a cool, dry place, ideally in its original box. Proper care preserves the integrity of every note.
The Discovery Set
The Discovery Set is an introduction to the Maison. It contains curated 20ml bottles from the current collection, each at full Parfum concentration. It is composed for those who wish to experience every mood of the house before selecting a signature.
More than sufficient. At Parfum concentration, a single application carries. 20ml allows you to wear each fragrance across different settings, weather, and occasions — more than enough to understand how a composition evolves on your skin over time.
Orders and Shipping
Yes. The Maison ships worldwide. Regardless of where you are, we will ensure your order reaches you. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You may follow your shipment at any time through our Track Order page. If you have not received tracking information, please write to us and we will look into it personally.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets, processed securely through Razorpay. Your transaction is encrypted and completed instantly.
Entirely. Every order is handled with care and your personal information is never shared with third parties. Each bottle is individually packaged to withstand transit. We treat every shipment with the same attention we give to the composition itself.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of fine Parfum, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. We make exceptions in two circumstances only:
1. You received a product entirely different from what you ordered. 2. The product arrived sealed and unused, in its original unopened condition.
If either applies, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photographs of the item.
If your order arrives compromised in transit, please write to us immediately with photographs of the packaging and the product. We assess each case individually and we will make it right. The condition of every delivery is taken seriously by the Maison.
